CTG is very excited to have Larry "Sparky" Hamilton as a member of the CTG team. The Lufkin, TX. native brings his unique ability to connect with people as well as extensive playing experience. Sparky played football, basketball, and participated in track while at Lufkin High School. Sparky was a 3x letterman in track earning 3rd at the state finals in the 300 meters his senior year. Sparky was also an all-conference, all-state, and All-American performer at wide receiver. Sparky was the 11th rated player in the country coming out of high school in 1999. Sparky took his talent to the University of Arkansas, where he was a key player throughout his career. Sparky left the Razorbacks in 2003 as the 2nd strongest wide receiver to ever don an Arkansas jersey and also posted a 40 time of 4.43. Upon graduating in 2003 with a degree in Business Education, Sparky pursued opportunities playing professionally. Sparky has played with the Green Bay Packers(NFL), the Dallas Desperadoes(Arena League), and the Ottawa Renegades(CFL). Sparky was also selected to represent Team Arkansas in the All American Football League. Sparky has worked with youth at the high school level and previously coached at perennial power Westfield High school.

The Tyler, TX. native brings valuable knowledge, experience, and heart to CTG. Terrance graduated in 2002 from Prairie View A&M with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. Terrance went on to receive his Masters degree in Kinesiology in 2005. While at Prarie View A&M, Terrance played baseball. Prior to attending PV, Terrance played football at John Tyler High School earning 5A II second team all-conference. Terrance has a genuine desire to provide a positive image for youth. Terrance displays this on a daily basis in his profession as a teacher. Terrance has coached football at both the middle school and high school level, respectively.
